Teach Reach Give

The Rowland Group is a proud supporter of community service and encourages their employees to accept social responsibility within their local communities. To help build a workplace that promotes service and giving back, Teach Reach Give was initiated.

What is Teach Reach Give?

Teach Reach Give is a corporate service initiative started by The Rowland Group to encourage community outreach.

What is the purpose?

The Rowland Group was founded upon the missional purpose of seeking to serve the needs of others and “to enhance people’s lives by merging talent with opportunity.” Beyond this mission, we seek to support our local community in which we live. This was how Teach Reach Give was born.

The Teach Reach Give program is purposed to help teach career and job skills, reach out to those in need, and give of time, money, and energy to help others.

How does Teach Reach Give function?

Each of the verbs selected in the name of the program represents an outward function that we commit to act on.

  • Teach – We commit to actively look for platforms to educate others or mentees to teach about basic job skills that may further their career.
  • Reach – We commit to go above and beyond in our service areas, to reach out to others outside of our circle, and to target opportunities that may not always be easy.
  • Give – We commit to give up of our time, energy, and money to help provide for others less fortunate.
