Screening Process

The Rowland Group completes a thorough screening process before placing candidates with our clients. Our screening process includes an in-depth personal interview with questions designed to better understand each candidate’s unique experience. We also conduct a skills assessment for each particular position. Additionally, we perform several reference checks to verify prior employment and gather a detailed account of past work history. We can process criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening upon request.
