Location: Tulsa, OK

Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000

Are you looking to utilize your technical knowledge and skills to help others?  The Rowland Group has partnered with several companies across the Tulsa, OK landscape that are seeking qualified help desk technicians to join their support teams.  Industries may include managed service providers, manufacturing, and oil and gas.   

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to end users through trouble shooting, problem solving and communicating solutions through remote portals such as email, telephone and web interface
  • Work with service desk dispatcher and/or appropriate party to ensure tickets are sent to the correct level of support
  • Provide basic technical support at the network level: LAN and WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security 
  • Implement basic remote access system implementation such as VPN, terminal services, and Citrix
  • Ensure fast turnaround of customer requests/needs
  • Create documentation of all interactions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
  • Available for on-call and after-hours work may be required
  • Ability to work M-F between 8 am and 5 pm regularly
