Location: Tulsa, OK (Relocation Assistance Available)

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000

The Rowland Group has partnered with a dynamic company who is looking for a Director, Order to Cash.  The client will assist with relocation expenses; position is located in Tulsa, OK.  The most qualified candidate will work with individuals who excel in their areas of expertise.  This is a great opportunity with competitive benefits.


  • Supervise the daily processing of transactions in Oracle and other customized order-to-cash systems ensuring accurate results
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of transaction activity including the ability to understand and recommend appropriate accounting for non-routine transactions
  • Plan external/internal audits including identification and resolution of issues
  • Develop innovative approaches in the use of existing systems
  • Support M&A (pre and post) activities, including understanding of and execution under transition services agreements
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Resolve policy issues and making recommendations for change
  • Understand detailed components of revenue transactions and coordinating with the company's Financial Planning and Analyses (FP&A) and Revenue Recognition teams proactively as situations impacting revenue recognition change
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis as required
  • Manage a diverse team and interacting with multiple locations including Europe and Asia


  • At least 6-10 years of experience in accounting with management responsibility of 10+ employees
  • Experience and desire to lead the Order to Cash process to include credit evaluation, contract review, billing, accounts receivables and collections
  • Minimum of 3 years audit experience with a nationally recognized firm preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Experience working with public companies and SOX compliance
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to solve problems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a desire to “roll up your sleeves” and do the work
  • Outgoing and willing to proactively work and communicate with internal and external partners
  • Creative and energetic with a desire to understand the business
  • Team player with proven leadership skills
  • Strong experience with large ERP systems a plus
  • Project management and system integration experience also desired
