Location: Tulsa, OK

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000

The Rowland Group is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join the Human Resources team of a local Tulsa, OK client.  The Compensation and Benefits Administrator will work with a great group of people who excel in their areas of expertise.  The company offers strong benefits and a great work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation plans for multiple entities including gathering competitive data to determine salary ranges for various positions
  • Evaluate bonus programs and other long-term incentives
  • Provide insight to the leadership team on current trends, etc.
  • Assist in the administration of the benefit plans and programs for all entities
  • Ensure all regulatory filings are met related to the compensation and benefit plans and programs
  • Establish and/or update policies and procedures surrounding the compensation and benefit plans and look for areas of improvement in the processes involved

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in an HR or Finance related function; experience administering compensation and benefit programs strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis on Finance, Accounting or other business-related field preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information a must
