Debbie has more than 23 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to joining The Rowland Group, she held positions of increasing responsibility with two international staffing organizations, where her production ranking was consistently in the top 10 nationally as both a producer and manager. Under Debbie's guidance, The Rowland Group has grown from a one-person operation to a multimillion-dollar company with several offices across the south-central U.S.

Don Rowland
Co-founder

Don has spent his entire career in the staffing industry. Prior to The Rowland Group, he was the Oklahoma Regional President for the world's largest specialized staffing firm. He was the youngest individual to be named to that position in the 43-year history of the firm. During his five years with the firm, he was involved in negotiating and servicing business for both permanent and contract services work at all levels.

Lynn Flinn, CPA
President and Managing Partner

Lynn is president and managing partner of The Rowland Group. An Oklahoma native, Lynn is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She began her career with Arthur Young and worked with Samson Resources, Sooner Federal Savings, and PennWell Publishing before joining the staffing industry. Lynn has been in the staffing industry for over fourteen years, beginning as a recruiter and progressing to regional vice president at a national staffing firm prior to joining The Rowland Group. Whether through Leadership Tulsa, as the founder of the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium, or through the advisory board at Resonance, Lynn is constantly giving back to the Tulsa community.

Chrisie Bedsworth, CSP
Managing Partner of Engineering Services

Chrisie is an Oklahoma native with more than 20 years of experience recruiting in the Tulsa market, including recruiting, recruiting management, and human resources management. This experience provides her with a client's perspective of what services should look like. Chrisie joined The Rowland Group in 1998 to focus on the engineering and drafting markets. She continues to get great personal satisfaction merging talent with opportunity.

Ron LaManque, TSC
Managing Director of Business Development and Information Technology

Ron uses his 15 years of energy related technical sales to help clients match the right candidate with the right position. In addition, Ron has six years of technical search expertise in energy related markets, giving him a competitive edge in the technical area. Ron holds Bachelors' Degrees in Geology and Civil / Environmental Engineering as well as Masters' Degrees in Geological and Petroleum Engineering.
